PU material introduction 

     PU sandwich panel is a type of insulation decorative panel that suitable for interior walls, exterior walls and ceilings. PU is an abbreviation for polyurethane, the molecular feature of polyurethane: main chain contains repeating amino ester groups (- NH-CO-O-）. The synthesis principle is: Polyisocyanates + polyols undergo addition polymerization reaction, combined with chain extenders, foaming agents and additives. In 1937, Bayer Laboratories in Germany first artificially synthesized polyurethane resin. Here are two kinds of polyurethane: soft foam and hard foam. Soft polyurethane is porous and highly resilient, lightweights, and usually as materials of mattresses, soft sponges, car seats and so on. Hard polyurethane is low thermal conductivity and is the preferred material for thermal insulation in cold storage insulation boards, exterior wall insulation layers refrigerator interiors and container insulation materials. 

     As the raw material of thermal insulation wall panel, polyurethane is core material and has ultra-high thermal insulation function. Polyurethane has closed cell structure, it's almost no air convection. Compared with rock wool, theh insulation effect of the same thickness is 1.5 times that of rock wool. It means polyurethane has significantly reducing the energy consumption of refrigeration and heating in cold storage. The performance is stable in the temperature range of 40℃-120℃. 

     The PU sandwich panel is describe sandwich composite strucure. Surficial material is aluminium-zinc alloy coated steel sheet. Core material is polyurethane foam. Bottom material is aluminium foil protective layer. Polyurethane sandwich panel, produced on a continuous production line, one-time foam composite molding. It is a mainstream insulation and enclosure board for industrial and cold chain applications. The thermal insulation performance of polyurethane is far better than rock wool and EPS foam board. It is also waterproof and moisture-proof , no water absorption failure issues, light weight, fast installation speed, quickly and easy install. The surface aluminium-zinc steel can be custom made, surface is flat and beautiful, you can select color as you like. The service life of PU sandwich panel is 20-25 years. 

The wood color of PU sandwich panel is most popular and hot sale, surface steel is aluminium-zinc alloy with fluorocarbon paint.  It is know as the king of coatings 

PUR/PIR Foam Insulation Board is for wall and roof insulation, including PUR Foam Board Insulation and PIR Insulation Board. The facing materials include Fiberglass Tissue, Aluminum Foil Paper, Kraft Paper etc. We can customize the standard thickness of 10mm to 80mm.

Pre-insulated HVAC Duct Panels (PID Duct Panels) including PIR Pre-insulated Duct Panel, PU Pre-insulated Air Duct Panel and Phenolic Pre-insulated Duct Panel. The facing material includes silver/black 80 micron aluminum foil, 200 micron pre-painting GI sheet metal, or 200 micron aluminum sheet. The standard thickness of PIR/PU/Phenolic Pre-insulated Duct Board is 20mm. We can customize the thickness of 10mm to 40mm usually.
